Pickleball Venue Booking Procedures

To ensure a smooth and efficient process for booking the courts for pickleball sessions, please follow the steps outlined below: 

Step 1:  

Members are required to make a badminton court booking for a duration of 2 consecutive hours. 

After making the badminton court booking, members should promptly send an email to the Sports Desk at sports@hkfc.com, informing the staff about their intention to use the court for pickleball. Please include the following details in the email: 

• Name of the member 
• Date and time of the badminton court booking 
• Request for the court to be set up for pickleball 

Please note that the staff will do their best to accommodate the request, but it is subject to availability. It is important to provide advance notice to ensure proper arrangements can be made. If a member shows up without prior notice but requests to play pickleball immediately, it may be extremely difficult to accommodate the request. 

Step 2:  

The Sports staff will respond to the member's email and inform them of the result of their request. 

***In each hour session, maximum 3 pickleball courts can be arranged.
